If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through just to receive the wrong order. Anyway, when I opened the order there was a large strand of hair on my food.

I normally go through the drive thru while visting and it stays pretty busy so be prepared to wait. The Big Mac and Quarter Pounder are my 2 favorites and of course the french fries. My food is fresh and I have not experienced any issues with my order being wrong. I do not care for their breakfast biscuits though. The new remodel looks really nice. I have been disappointed that there is no strawberry milkshake available.

Questions & Answers

Who is the General Manager at this location? There should absolutely be an evaluation made of the people in charge. I was refused service, and treated with complete disrespect. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I don't know. If you call and speak to the manager they will give you the name and number. Or should at least. This McDonald's is not very good at all. Poor service, sloppy sandwiches and takes forever to order

McDonald biggest sales in the summer time is ice and milkshake. Why is the machine always down? I'm fully aware of the over heating which shouldn't take no more the 20mnts at the most. Even after the 20mnts to a hour the machine is still down.

I understand ice cream machine goes down when not properly cleaned. Milk inside curdles like buttermilk and clogs.
