The worst customer service to open a new account, Mr. ortiz don’t help anything and he was just trying to find an excuse to tell us that we can’t open the new account. he looks like he was ready to leave early that day and he never give us other options. Very disappointed for the first time at wells fargo branch.

This branch is, hands down, the worst in Raleigh. I only use it because it is the closest to my workplace. The tellers at the window will spend more time asking you questions about your personal life than actually doing their job. If only they would stop trying so hard to "be nice" and focus more on being prompt and stop with what feels like interrogation. I also do not need to be reminded that I can use the teller machines to make a deposit EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there from the same tellers at the drive up window. It says to me that you don't want to do your job and that sends a bad message to your customers. From now on, I'll be using other branches that do not use these tactics.

Horrible customer service experience here! I actually opened the account up yesterday and now I’m at another branch closing it out. My husband and I wanted to legally protect each other, so we drew up a simple will document. We came in to have this notarized and realized we needed witnesses. There were a few bank employees milling around by the door, yet bank policy will not them be witnesses. We were told to come back with two witnesses, yet we don’t know anyone here, plus it’s hard to even get in here during business hours with my husband’s job. We were considering getting a mortgage with them too, but now we are leaning on going with a different company. Wells Fargo has lost our business for good and a lot of $ on a mortgage!

The best WellsFargo I ever been to. The Team here is very polite and curtious. Mrs.Brandy the Branch Manager is awsome, she will (consult) solve any financial situation if not put you in the right track. I suggest you go here and bank here. There's nothing better than to see people trying to make their community better. This particular Branch is doing it. 5 Stars all the way around. I'm truly super happy I'm banking here. Blessings.
