Went to the pool for a scheduled work event. There was no swearing, rambunctious behavior, excessive drinking, or disrespectful behavior towards the event space. An employee of the facility came downstairs, phone in hand, and threatened to call the police if we were not out of the space within 5 minutes. I understand completely if there is a no party policy, however, we had called ahead of time and the confrontational behavior exhibited by this employee was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. If we were asked to leave politely, we would have gladly done so. Our entire group left very frustrated.

Just became a new resident here at the Parke at Trinity Apartment homes and I have nothing bad to say about this property. The office is always pleasant to speak with and when we gave them the move in check list someone from maintenance came out the same day. Looking forward to my stay here my girlfriend and I couldn’t feel more welcomed by the staff.

So far loving the experience at Parke at Trinity!! Everyone has been available and pleasant from the office to maintenance. So many amenities available to tenants and my apartment is clean and well maintained!! A lot of kids though, but can't hold that against the property...especially when they all seem happy with plenty to do outside.

If there were 0 star, I would give 0. This place is a terrible place, please don't go rent there, if you do, you will regret it. Bugs and pests of all kinds ( even slugs were crawling in my apartment, and the leasing office said that's normal). No maintenance, or if I placed a work order, they took forever before coming. The staff is quite rude. They are quite unprofessional. Their customer service is worst than the customer service in underdeveloped countries. When I moved out, they retained my security deposit and they never gave me any account regarding what they did with it. After more than 1 year after i moved out, they sent my account into collection in spite of the fact they never contacted me about any balance and on top of stealing my security deposit. Thankfully i know the law, no way could they scam me. I wonder how people manage to live there. There are places that are cheaper, and that are way better that this bug infested place. If you don't have time to waste, and if you don't want to deal with dishonest and shady business people and scammers, don't move to the Parke at Trinity, you will regret it. I know they will respond to my review with some type of disingenuous apology, I need no apology, I only need my security deposit back.
