It took over an hour for a cary-out pizza. I always order a large thin crust yet this time they charged me for an extra large new york style and didnt give me a thin crust. Then gave me attitude when i asked why a cary-out will take so long.

I ordered a14 inch 3 blend cheese thin crust pizza through Door Dash. Everything was fine with the delivery but the pizza barely had any cheese on in. It was like pockets of crust and sauce. Any way I called and spoke to the manager and she made another one and I had to come and pick it up which defeated the purpose of my having it delivered through Door Dash. I felt as though they should have delivered it. So I went in and swapped out the pizza as the manager requested. The new and improved pizza looked great like a cheese pizza should. The manager said she put extra cheese on it because they are allotted a certain amount to put on a pizza. Well so next time I’ll have to pay for extra cheese if I want a decent pizza since Papa Johns is only allowed to use a half a cup of cheese on a 14 inch pizza.

Ordered the NY style pizza. The absolutely worst I have ever had. Not sure if they pre stage their popular pizzas, but it had very little cheese on it. Tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp.

Frequent customer at this PJ. Ordered online, pizza came 35 minutes later than what the tracker said. Pizza was cold, dry and tasteless. Called to complain which I don’t usually do, the guy on the other line (John) was not understanding and basically told me that the driver said the pizza boxes were hot when they delivered. After I insisted he said he’d credit me half my money back which I would not agree to. He ended up giving me a full refund which he should’ve done in the first place.
