Customer service has always been poor. Several times the food has been cold, in person and online orders (that I had to wait 20 min past pickup time for). The last time I was there, my child got sick (vomiting) a few hours after eating there. Once all the food was out, he was fine so didn't seem to be a stomach bug. I will not be returning.

Very careless and don’t give out quality food. Two hard chunks of avocado pieces. And we are paying extra for this. Seriously needs to do better.

I have no idea what's happening with Chipotle lately. My last visit was good but prior to that once they locked the doors by 3 and another time while on line one of the staff members came from behind the counter and said everyone past a person halfway down the line was the last customer. One other time while walking by a sign in the window said they are closing early. The hours of operation are not consistent or reliable. Update, drove by yesterday to a simple sign "We are closed today" it was Sunday around noon.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a brilliant evening and the place was indeed the reason for the outstanding celebration. The stuff participated in a very nice manner, the food was delicious and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
