If you're going to insist on keeping your lobby closed, please update the online ordering instructions. It's really frustrating to be told by the app to go to the lobby because someone will greet me with my food, when in reality everyone refuses to acknowledge me at the door because I'm supposed to call the store from my vehicle. You could learn a thing or two from Chik-fil-A's customer service. ;)

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE CASHIER WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE, PLACE ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES OR LONGER, THEN COME BACK JUST TO HANG UP ON ME! THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES!!! I ENDED UP NOT ORDERING. DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM MAKING MY FOOD! JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

they refused to give me a refund even when this was inside my pizza… wouldn’t risk health due to this virus going around. very unsatisfied

There service of this domino's has definitely gone straight downhill in the last several years. Unless you use your card and have a physical paper trail they will not deliver your pizza. Three times I have chosen the cash option. Order never shows up, shows it's in my neighborhood. Then says delivered and never shows up. I will never give dominos anymore of my business.
