I live down the street, and go there often. Gas, snacks, and everything else. I love their Italian salads! I had a small bad experience once, and called. Alex answered the phone, and made it right. Great customer service. Alex was very sweet, and helpful. So glad I have best sheetz right down the road!

My wife and I have both had issues with this location ever since it opened. Pros- cashiers are always friendly. Building is always kept clean and well stocked. Cons- There is ALWAYS an issue with our food. Either it is undercooked, cold by the time we get it, or something is missing. Meanwhile, the cooking staff doesn’t seem to be in a hurry (and seem to be way too busy talking to one another) as our orders are slowly being made.

I'm a big Sheetz fan. I've been going to the one on Thornton Road for years. The service is good. The location is great. The convenience store area is good. The alcohol prices are somewhere between grocery store and convenience Store prices, which is good for a gas station. My main beef is with the restaurant portion of the store. I have been twice and was underwhelmed by the food. The selection is good, but I could have gotten better tasting food across the street at McDonald's, and pay slightly less for it.

Sheetz is opening soon! On the corner of Falls of Neuse and Wakefield Pines Drive. This will be a brick and stone building with the red Sheetz logo. This site will have 12 pumps and diesel fuel, plus a restaurant and outdoor seating. They will carry propane for exchange. They will have bagged ice. Entrance will be on Wakefield Pines drive.
