This KFC, IS Always good for the value. Employes always polite and busy. Real Chicken. Covid Compliant Always correct with order, senior discounts available. Excellent Staff... UPDATE... Days of a $5.00 chicken sandwich gone at KFC. With Burger King and McDonald's within 1,000 feet they are going to lose business, even though they do have the best chicken and great service...

No chicken breasts at 4pm. 3 pieces they had were soggy and disgusting. Cole slaw was dry, mashed potatoes were disgusting. Been there a several times and never had problems. Not sure if I'll go back any time soon. I'll be contacting KFC corporation. Being disabled & today's economy it's pathetic when you spend the extra $$ and treat the family, which is rare these days. It's not close so going back wasn't an option, we were in the neighborhood because of a dr appt.

I just wanted to thank the employees at the KFC I ordered from today here in Monticello NY. They got my mobile order wrong but made up by giving me a couple of extra pieces of chicken.
