Tori gets a perfect 6 stars. Her supervisor with black hair (apologies didnt catch name) were awesome and welcoming. Tori was extremely professional, hip, knowledgeable of products, and very patient in assisting me (40) with care products appropriate for my age. I would have responded to the receipt survey but forgive me I can't find it.

Love Ulta! Been trying to rack up my points! My favorite hair product from here is Pattern for curly hair it's the best I highly recommend it!!

Less than 2 hours before my styling appointment, I received a call that it was cancelled. I had scheduled for my hair to be curled for wedding family photos. I called back to find out there was no other availability for the day. A week prior to the cancellation, the salon moved the timing of my appointment without my approval and did not provide a reason.
