Walked in and our table was wet and sticky, our waitress was rude and treated us as if we were an issue when we didn’t know our order yet. (It was our first time there) the restaurant gets EXTREMELY loud so warning for those trying to have a conversation. When we got our orders our waitress didn’t offer us straws and threw them down before running off, if she had stayed she could’ve heard how we had no condiments for our breakfast. Our food was bland at best and for the price I won’t be coming back. She also came back and threw down the receipt without a word but a glare then left again. The hostesses were great but overall a bad experience.

We were so impressed with Yanas! My husband and I both got fruit pancakes, sausage, coffee and strawberry fritters. All of the food was delicious especially the fritters and sausage. We were particularly impressed when we were told that the sausage is locally made. Staff was friendly, wait wasn't long, food was delicious, would recommend to anyone in the area!

This restaurant was a pleasant delight. I was staying at Cape Cateret and wanted homestyle breakfast and Googled nearby diners. I saw the ratings were high and decided to come on in. I had the pancakes and banana fritters and OMG, they were delicious. When in town again, I'll be Visiting again.

Highly recommended! Very good breakfast, great atmosphere, loved the 50’s diner feel. It’s located in a very nice area, cute little shops nearby if there’s a wait. We sat at the bar and didn’t have to wait at all, there was an hour wait at 10AM on a Sunday, so be prepared. We’ll be coming back to visit soon!
