first off let me say that I have respect for many food service professionals. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR SERVICE TO THIS LOCATION. NASTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! But Micheal if that was his real name aka the delivery driver calls me when my order is supposed to be arriving. Notifies me that his registration was out so they don't have a driver but told me i can just come pick it up. I explained calmly that if i could i would so i would just like a refund because your registration was none of my business. He begins to talk over me and tells me im talking over him. so I stopped because i wanted to hear what he had to say. He was rude the entire conversation and hung up when i asked to speak to a manager. I called back the manger didn't /wouldn't give me her name or maybe just maybe i couldn't hear it because literally that was the only thing i did not hear come out her mouth. when i asked again she said she was not repeating it. I said okay what the young mans name who answered the phone he said Micheal. And that the store managers name was AUSTIN. but couldn't tell me what day or time i should call back to reach him about the horrible service i was getting. This seems like they think people wont follow up. I asked for a refund and got disrespected because i didnt wanna come pick it up. The fact that he used registration on his car being out. like that is not something that just goes out. you have a date to pay it so it does not do so. this transaction could have been easy but the delivery driver Micheal made it hard and so did the female MOD with her no name.. smh i am very displeased. wouldn't let me know how i could contact the DM or even give me customer service number. she told me they are not allowed to give out numbers of any kind.

Have tried this location a few times because I would like to think it was an off night but the last 3 times we have ordered delivery and have been told it would be 30 minutes on the app and it takes over 2 hours to get it. Tonight it had already been over an hour and my husband called and was told it wasn’t even being made and would take another 30 minutes. That was 30 mins ago and it’s still in prep status on the app. Last time we called them we were told “ we will get it when we get it”. Extremely rude customer service. They either need to hire more people or get new management.

I have tried this dominoes several times. I have only had a good experience once or twice. I always leave a good tip because I know how valuable everybody’s time is and I know how times are right now. With that being said today is not the first day that I have had a bad experience at this dominoes. A couple weeks ago I ordered and my pizza tracker said that my food was done I then had to wait outside for an additional hour on my pizza. Tonight I ordered two large pizzas one was supposed to be pepperoni and one was a specialty and buffalo boneless wings. Over $50 worth of food. I got home to fined that I had picked up two cheese pizzas ( mediums) and buffalo wings with some kind of cheese that had been baked then tossed in buffalo sauce. I called to let them know what had happened. The guy on the phone told me to bring the pizzas back and they would give me new pizzas. The way gas prices are I explain to him nicely that I did not want to do that. He did not offer anything else and he hung up on me. I called back I called to let them know what had happened. I called back to let him know that we must have dropped the call but he was still rude and did not offer anything but to replace the pizzas if I brought the cheese ones back.

UPDATE: I received a call from the manager about this order, which I really appreciated. I'll give these guys points for consistency, since they are consistently bad. We ordered (and paid for) two large pizzas and received two medium, no sauces and the wrong crust. $40 for two medium pizzas and an order of wings (I am in the wrong line of work) Oh and that Domino's Insurance thing they talk about in the commercials? You have to bring the order back into the store, then they'll remake it. No problem, because who is actually hungry when they order pizza? I think the only reason this location is still in business is because they are very few options around. We'll stick to ordering from a mom and pop shop a half hour away where you get twice the pizza, better pizza, and they actually get it right, for the same money. I will however say the kid that brought the order out was very nice.

Yes. If it is cash please place in an envelope or baggie. If it is a credit card, you will need to call the store with the card information to process the payment.
