My mom moved into River Run at a time when she was in hospice care but we expected her to live some months. To our surprise, she declined very quickly and then passed away. This was hard for the staff because they barely knew her and her needs went from assistance to end of life over a very short time. Throughout, the staff was caring, professional, attentive, welcoming to the family, and communicated well with hospice. All were great but the family felt a special connection with Ruby.
