At first it was very hard for the card reader to read our card to pay but then we got it.. Car wash was great but it stopped in the first cycle and told us to back up, so we did. Then it told us to pull forward, it finished and the owner told us to pull forward and started griping at us about backing up. I told him it told us to back up but he didn't believe me at first until my husband said it told us to back up. Guess he doesn't believe women.

Very poor service I went through the brushless wash and my truck was still dirty when I came out.
