Too hot! The thermostat was set to 82 degrees! The registers went down. Employee paychecks with their personal information was in the dining room area for all to see. Food wasn't terrible. Wouldn't exactly recommend this location.

I ordered my food in the drive thru and after getting to the second window, I asked the cashier if it was too late to add cheese to the fries. She said it wasn’t a problem and added it. Another employee named Tanesha took it upon herself to walk to the window and tell me they don’t add anything at the window but they’ll do it just this time. She was rude and I told her she was nothing but a joke. I still had to wait on a chicken sandwich so it’s not like I was holding the line up. It’s sad that the older cashier apologized to me and said it wasn’t an issue at all with me adding something at the window. I then overheard her telling another employee how badly she’s treated by other employees at Wendy’s. I can only imagine what she deals with on a daily basis from co workers as I know how I was treated as a customer. Tanesha should be fired as she has the worst customer service skills. If I do come back to this Wendy’s, it’ll only be to offer this kind older cashier a job at a place that will show her respect.

The picture says it all. They placed a slice of cold cheese on top of the fried chicken sandwich. It simply tells me that this restaurant just doesn't care about their product when they place cold cheese on the sandwich that is supposed to be hot.

Never again! This particular establishment has had its fair share of chances to redeem itself from the atrocities they call customer service. This last and final visit resulted in not only an ample of disrespectful commentary and attitude from the drive thru cashier but excessive wait time and having to repeatedly inform the cashier what was missing from our order. We conducted ourselves respectfully up to the point of the cashier yelling at us and slamming the drive thru window at us and walking away for simply informing her our order was missing an entire meal for the third time. Management either doesn't care of the quality of hiring taking place or is blissfully ignorant of the antics taking place. Needless to say we will very likely not be returning after several other disappointing visits to this franchise.

It's drive thru only. Employees wear mask and gloves. There is a plexiglass divider in the window.
