The fact that i have to give even a single star is overly generous. The buffet had 2 hot pizzas on it, the rest were cold and dry and genuinely terrible. The counters were disgusting on both customer and prep side. The entire restaurant was super dirty. The "walls" between booths had a thick layer of dust on them. Not to mention the salad bar had a few soggy and soaked cucumbers, croutons, and a little bit of old browned lettuce mix. 0/10

I gave it 3 stars because it was early Monday so they may not put out their best on the slow days. It was not a big selection and everything seem to be cold and a little dried up. It's been years but I usually have good experiences at Cici's, today just happened to be not one of them.

This past Sunday we were there and a party was showing up, they were pretty busy without the party so seating was minimal. My group of 8 needed to use 2 tables, my children sitting at a tall table. At one point all three kids got up to get more food / use the bathroom and the worker cleared the table tossing their drinks and everything. My kids were devastated.... but the pizza makers were on top of pumping out hot fresh pizza the entire time

Since covid they have new rules. They now serve you and the buffet is covered with plexiglass so u can see the food but can't pass on germs. They were all nice and attentive. Food was fresh at 11:30am. They serve you food and drinks while wearing masks and gloves. Everyone is required to wear a mask when standing and walking around inside. You can remove masks once seated.
