Waited in drive-thru for over half hour. Had to repeat order several times at window and they were out of ketchup. What fast food takes half hour? I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant.

Nothing to write home about. Half the employees were standing around or on break, there was no sweet tea, and an employee had their baby in the kitchen area (accident waiting to happen). Order was not correct after waiting in the drive thru 35 minutes.

I like this place and would LOVE it if I could get what I want each time. I get there's a supply chain issue, but if a company is going to advertise a menu item, its corporate headquarters needs to make VERY sure their franchises are all well stocked with that item, or include in the ads that said item will be available until supply runs out. Franchises should be given menu board mini banners to place over items no longer available for whatever reason so customers see what they can and can't get. At least there was a stake sign that at hinted that this particular franchise was short on items and working to fix it. The food I did order was great and the service was phenomenally courteous and pleasant. I'll be back again in the future.

Love this location! The lady who took our order Ms. Terri was a fresh of breath air compared to most customer service experiences we’ve had at other food chains. She was very friendly and helpful especially with dessert choices. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome especially our little bun in the oven. I know he enjoyed the red velvet cake. She was very diligent making sure tables were clean and ready for new customers. All the while with a smile on her face and courteous words for all patrons. Next time we’re in town we’ll definitely swing by for the great sandwiches and especially to see Ms Terri again! She was the cherry on top of an already amazing day at the beach. We hope Popeyes will continue to hire more employees like her. She really knows how to follow the Golden Rule- treat others how you want to be treated.
