Kinda rude customer service here! I live in the neighborhood and shop here a lot… they have a really good selection of beer however I am a stickler for customer service and I was disappointed when they owners of the store said “I won’t support shit” when I asked why they don’t get a tree from the guys in the lot. It’s all about holiday spirit and supporting local! The local community gives you guys your income. How about giving back?? Comon guys… if you guys don’t care I’ll just go across the street to Circle K. They’re actually nicer there

Honestly this place has the worst customer service! My friend asked to speak to the manager because she spoke with him a few days prior and was just calling back to follow up. The guy that answered the phone made fun of her for saying “like” twice. I don’t know where people go off treating people like that, but it’s actually disgusting. I understand that working with people all day long can be tiring, but you never speak to a person like that. I work in the service industry and if I spoke to someone like that I would be fired immediately. It’s safe to say that I will never be coming here.
