Always super friendly. A clinic you can walk into without feeling like your being judged which I feel is rare. They are sometimes a little behind but for the most part once you get called back it seems to go fairly quick no matter what your there for.

Worst pharmacy ever. Terrible service. Very very slow. By that I mean days to get your medication to you. If you are unable to get people their medications in time you should hire more help. And yes I asked if they were short handed, they are not. I came an hour after the doctor put it in. Waited over 2 and they said they couldn't get me it till Monday. That's 3 days without the medication that I need to have. Previously I had another medication that took two days. If you can't get people there medication that they have to have you should call them or let them know while there waiting well over 2 hours so they can get there doctor to switch to a different pharmacy before they close. They came out and even took my name and all that while I was waiting. Just to not even give me any of it.

I am very pleased with the Family Health Center in Omak. Dr. Emily Miller and her nurse, Jennifer have been very attentive and caring about my family's needs. Moreover, all employees are polite and professional. I used to go to Confluence, but I switched to FHC because the staff is more polite and attentive. It is not difficult to schedule timely appointments at FHC, as that was my major issue at Confluence, and Dr. Miller and her staff have shown more interest in my family's needs.

I've been extremely happy with my current provider. The Tonasket, WA. center works great for me a Veteran. One individual stands out there and that's Josh. He's gone above and beyond consistently, FHC is lucky to have such a person.
