The staff are all super friendly and helpful, the venue itself is awesome even in July heat, and just the overall vibe of the whole complex is so awesome. Really hoping more of my favorite artists choose to play here so I have an excuse to come back. Also, we got seats instead of being in the pit and even being 12 rows back we could see everything and had a blast.

This is less for the building and more for the Night of 500 Laughs. That guy puts on a good show and has some talented comedians doing ten-minute sets. The show was amazing. The drinks were TERRIBLE, and the food didn't look worth ordering. Eat and drink up before you arrive. 👌

Awesome venue! Gorgeous view of a historic part of Charlotte with beautiful building backdrops and cool brick factory feel!! Plenty of staff helped with keeping the lines moving and very clean environment. My favorite Charlotte outdoor music experience. Loved Rise Against!!! Everything was well decorated and super clean bathrooms. Loved the lawn seats. Thank you for bringing back Live Music!!!

If going to one of the restaurants there is not. Some of the bars change over at 9pm. 21 and up.

There is a parking deck on site and parking will be $10. You may also want to consider a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. Have a great time at the festival!
There are plenty downtown if you consider a mile walk to be walking distance. Probably would be cheaper to Uber somewhere a bit further away though.
