Probably not, but my fiance used to work at McDonald's and says that they lie about the ice cream machine being broke because they are to clean it or don't want to make it.

I need the corporate number to this location as soon as possible. Apparently I can't order a drink drink it while being inside the restaurant run outside to change my soaked and wet sweaty shirt to come back inside 30 seconds later to get a refill.
