As much as I love Nordstrom, not great today. Over an hour for a gift card. The whole point of buying the gift card in the store is for the nice Nordstrom box. It’s sad to say, but I’d drive the 35 miles further to South Coast to avoid this Brea experience.

Great experience in the lingerie department. They work hard to get the right fit. Also, I booked an appointment with a personal shopper. Her name is Madelyn and she took alot of time to get to know me and what sort of style I was looking for. She had outfits assembled for me when I got there, and she even walked with me down to the jewelery department to help me complete an outfit. It was a great experience!

Luci at the Estee Lauder counter is a total and complete angel! I had the good fortune to ask her all of my questions and she made the process of replenishing my makeup kit so easy and simple. She even gave me some samples for my summer travels. She’s a dove! Thank you Luci!

Awesome customer service! I believe this Nordstrom is the best in the entire Orange County. Love to visit and shopping there. Best quality products are available there for anyone and everyone. We shop a lot there with and for my family and friends.
