Nancy answer all my questions and was extremely patient, she was quick to give me options of what I was looking according to my budget, I’ve been in several pawn shops before but never experience such graceful service that make you feel not like customer but like talking to a very passionate friend. Very dishonest people. I took a ring to this shop multiple times, for 2 weeks. They all had different prices. The original offered way more. Once I confronted the Owner. They became aggresive, disrespectful, and told me to leave. Dont sell any gold here. Or anything for that matter. Go to any jewler instead.
