Ordered yesterday was wondering what was taking so long so I call the store and the associate says the drivers on his way. My neighbor then knocks on my door and says did you order food because it was just sitting on the window seal. My kids bring the food upstairs and found bugs from it being on the window. I don’t know how long my food was sitting there so I called the store again -and the associate had the audacity to tell me it was my fault because they called me and I never got a single call especially when I was the one calling looking for them. Told me if I wanted my order redone I can come pick it up which I couldn’t because my husband wasn’t home with the car or was told I don’t get nothing at all because I should have answered my fone(again never got a call). Told me that’s there policy and that the driver isn’t going to come back out. My food got bugs in it and nothing could be done about it wow!! Very unprofessional! Done ordering from here I will take my money else where .
