I don’t even know where to begin. I will say store was clean. The only good remark I could leave and probably only deserving of the one star. Besides the immature staff and unprofessional staff to the rude manager who wore her attitude beautifully on her face all day long it was a nightmare. Not to mention a staff member put their hands on my child while here and was rude to her. Also this was for my sons birthday party. Our party host was on his personal cellphone most of the time and having inappropriate conversations. Staff were playing around with each other n cussing n flirting in front of the kids. It was all bad

Nice place for kids to have fun. Even parents can play some games.. my daughter absolutely loves this place.

We went for a birthday celebration for our daughter who turned 9 years old. We were told by the General Manager Justin that the oven was "broken" for 1.5 hours. During the time of our visit we saw multiple people receive food from the back, such as pizza, wings, and other assorted hot items. While on the way to the bathroom, we observed pizzas coming out of the "broken" oven. After noticing the food coming out, another member of our party asked again about ordering food, and Justin said the oven was broken for 45 minutes. We asked a fellow customer when they ordered their food that came out and they ordered their food shortly before our arrival. It turns out the General Manager Justin straight up lied to us. Horrible way to do business. Needs addressed ASAP.

A lot of machines don't work. Food and drink is overpriced. It's not bad but it could be better. DID NOT even bother to check to see if my stamp and my children's stamps matched when we left!

I know its pricey for a group of 8 I seen a mom pay 280 but all the kids get goody bags ice cream 2 slices each and 2 hours unlimited play time n u get a reserved table for 2 hours birthday boy or girl gets too get in the ticket blaster n grav as many tickets as they can each gets a balloon a the table is decorated for you ... however they have 3 different packages not sure what the other 2 have but guess it depends how many kids u have in ur group because there is one where each get gets unlimited play time as long as there there but I could imagine its pricey

You don't have to book a party. You can just go in, pay to play games, and order food and eat, or just eat. But if you go in with kids , you're not coming out without playing games. Lol
Yes. We do this all the time. The only thing you don't get to do is the ticket booth but you can do everything else for a small party.
