Absolutely do not take your deer here! I have rancid meat that I have to throw out. These people may know how to process beef, ect. But they are clueless when it comes to processing deer. They also do not freeze or package anything and expect you to be able to adjust to their ever changing schedule. They took my money and handed me my deer meat and told me to "take it home and toss it". They called me to pick up my deer on Friday, I got there by Wednesday. And it was bad. And they reportedly kept the meat at 32°. Somhow it's all my fault for not dropping everything and picking it friday.. also they were closed on Monday.

The smoked sausage was very good. Smoked pretty hard, like I like it. But, be careful when you buy a pig stomach there and they sell it as cleaned, the one I got still had some of the stuff on the end that wasn't filly cleaned
