The nicest and most helpful people. Before Covid would always drop by to pay in person just to say hi. Still friendly and responsive to questions on the phone. If you have to pay insurance, it takes the bite out when the people and environment are positive and professional. I have always found Dimitri Kondos State Farm office to be that.

My husband and I recently bought our first house together. Nicole and Zoraya made the transition from renters to homeowners an easy process. Nicole started the process, explaining the various coverage and going over what is called the "estimated replacement cost", explaining what that means and the importance of it being right! Due to timing, when I called back to make payment and get the policy started, Zoraya finished it for me. She was easy to work with, making me feel taken care of. Nicole is professional, but also a kick in the pants! It was like working with a good friend! You know the type of people who just seem to actually enjoy what they do and actually like you? That's Nicole! The only thing that could have been better would have been transacting business over a beer with the folks at Kondos! I believe that I have spoke to everyone in the office there now...Manuel, Irene, Donald, Amikaka and the man himself, Dimitri! All easy and fun to work with!

They are always friendly and very responsive. I have no trouble getting information or adjusting a policy when I needed it. Our car policies came out just slightly more expensive than a Progressive quote, but kept State Farm because their customer service is 100% better and when you need something, their policies actually pay.
