I was traveling from Missouri to ride the Oregon coast from bottom to top and was on my return home when I needed the 5,000 mile oil change on my new 2022 Indian Pursuit. I arrived at Guys without an appointment and was greeted by Nate who told me they would get me in ASAP to get the oil change completed. Sam was assigned the work in the shop and he had a bike up on the rack when I arrived. I went and sat in their very comfortable customer area and much to my surprise, they had me done and ready to go in 1 1/2 hours!!! Sam also pointed out a few things on the bike that I needed to be aware of. After everything was said and done, Cathy (not sure how she spells her name) found me outside and came out to ask me how everything went. We sat and talked for about 10 minutes about bikes and cross-country riding. She also stated that they are adamant about getting out-of-state riders in and out as fast as possible - SHE WAS NOT KIDDING. I cannot say enough positive about Nate, Sam, and Cathy. The service was OUTSTANDING - 5 STARS!!!!!

WARNING STAY AWAY. I bought a suppose to be new battery from them got home and checked the voltage and it was 6 volts. I fully charged it and checked again and you could see the voltage drop. It wouldn't start my ATV. So I drove back another 140 mile round trip. They gave me another battery and kept telling me that this battery is new didn't think to much about it till I got home ( that's why I went there to buy A NEW BATTERY ) and it had one of the nuts installed on one of the terminals and didn't have any of the bolts or the other nut.. I checked the voltage on this one and it only had 11 volts. I fully charged it and this battery wouldn't even turn over my ATV. So after all that has been said I will not go in or recommend them to anybody. Watch out for the parts guy with black hair and beard. A lesson learned after spending and losing $135 and driving 280 miles just go to Napa Auto Parts.
