Edit: It just keeps getting worse. We will not be renewing. Started off very well. We have a nice enough apartment home. The grounds are maintained. Our floors upon move-in were filthy but you can't tell until you take your shows off because of the color. Our vertical blinds were gross too so i get why people are upset about being charged for cleaning when it's not deep.cleaned. We've had a screen missing from our window and another one damaged since the end of April and cannot get anyone to come fix it. Makes me worry about coming across bigger issues. There's plenty of time to access to our apartment whether its an inspection, the lenders or whatever but no one has time to replace and fix a screen. People in the front office keep changing/leaving so when our ridiculous neighbors (who complain about everyone and everything) said we had an unauthorized animal in our place, we got a phone call about it. They couldn't find our dog in our file as it was completed by someone else. We have always followed the rules but the front office staff always changing doesn't allow time for anyone to know us. Our lease is up in a few months and we are going to see how we feel.

Not only are we happy with the actual apartment, the folks at Big Trout Lodge are excellent! The manager, leasing agent, the entire team are professional and very prompt, yet also pleasant and fun to speak with. Top notch shop. Minor maintenance issues are addressed quickly by a very accommodating gentleman who knows his trade. Overall, a great experience from move-in to occupancy.

We have lived here for four years and have loved our experience. The staff is amazing and truly care about the community. We’ve had very few concerns over the years and they were always addressed quickly. Shelbie, Casey and Lexi are great! They greet us by name when we stop by the office and someone is always available to answer a question. The apartments are roomy and well designed, the grounds are beautiful with mature trees, and there are lots of amenities (gym, pool, fire pit, community garden and a dog park). The apartments are in a great location; just a short walk to groceries, dining, parks and there is also a farmer’s market in the summer.

We have lived at the Big Trout Lodge a little over two years. The property is beautiful and always feels like home. First time living in an apartment. We are super happy with the management team. Shelbie, Casey and Lexi are fantastic when You need anything at all. Super professional and kind. Jake is awesome leading the maintenance team super kind and the follow through on getting things fixed is very timely. They all seem to care very much about the residents. Especially in times like this, hard to find.
