My car broke down on Friday 5/27 and they were extremely helpful. It wasn't something that couldn't be fixed in their parking lot. One of the guys there called me a tow and made sure that the tow company billed insurance and called in a favor and had them come sooner than normal. I would definitely go back

Clean store, knowledgeable staff and they can usually get what I need with in a day or 2. Most of the time they have better pricing as well.

Great place, friendly staff. A great example of how to run a business during this Covid mess. Staff was friendly and took care of me. After calling Precision Tire and Kia who would not diagnose my engine light problem on my Kia (Gee Kia told me they would look at it in 5 weeks and charge me plenty) I went right in and the nice man diagnosed it RIGHT AWAY for FREE and reset it. I am loving this place and will do business with them because it stands out above the rest. Shame on these other businesses that use Covid as an excuse for bad customer service. Bravo, Advance Auto Parts!

This place helped me when O'Reilly's and AutoZone couldn't. The part I needed (individual spark plug wires) was only available here at a great price! The staff (Jeff) was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation, and not only was able to find the part I need, but gave me some invaluable advice!
