It was a pleasant transaction. David was kind, but was fairly unknowledgeable since he was brand new. We were able to strike a bargain, but it took us 2 weeks to pick up our trailer and I still don't have a copy of the title. Not sure how to use the trailer without it! They sent it to the DMV? I will call my insurance on how to move forward.

You want someone who will help you anyway he can, that's Tyler. I haven't ever been treated that well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave you space when needed. I would highly recommend him. Not only was he great the whole staff was right there to help all the way through closing and the delivery. Tyler was right there thru everything. When I get another rig guess where I'm going. This is no BS. Whether you just want to look, there's no pushy salesperson. We looked around and we came. We purchased a trailer and we can't be happier.
