Technically I give the food a five-star rating. The Crispy crinkle cut fries were actually hot and crispy and the chicken sandwich was deliciously ensembled. I was a little disappointed in the ambience. The chairs could use some detail cleaning.

BEST IN THE WHOLE PLANET! This is by far the best hamburger that i've had in my life. Also, the place is magnificent.

We tried smoke shack and single hamburger. Both are mediocre burgers. It was the only place in Kierland that had empty spaces last Sunday, So we tried this place. Service was excellent, they gave a number board and food was brought to the table without any confusion and quickly.

This location is very inconvenient, service wasn’t excellent considering the price. I tried calling ahead of time and you cannot talk to anyone inside of the restaurant, it makes you leave a message. I get here for curbside pick up, you can’t because there is a service vehicle in one of the spots fixing another restaurant and the other spots are filled with no one inside. No problem, I’ll just wait in line to order to go. I finally get my food, I asked if there was ketchup in my bag.... I get to my car, there was no ketchup. No problem, I’ll go back...... i get back to finally enjoy my meal.... I have a sip of my drink, it’s flat...... considering it was more than In N Out, much less convenient than them, not as accurate as them etc... It would be hard to come back but I’ll try it in the future and hopefully fix this review. Management, get it together.
