We went on in and 2 employees were busy talking near the back of the store. They completely ignored us. When another customer walked by the male employee offered them help. I said we needed help and again we were ignored. Them male employee walked off and again I said we needed help two more times. The female ignored us both times. Finally I was irritated and said to her "can we get some help or not? ". She came over and asked what we needed help finding. My friend told her what he was looking for and what he didn't want. She took him over to the type of boots he didn't want. When we went up front there was a very nice and helpful employee working there. Don't remember her name, but she was this and had long hair. She took a lot of time helping my friend find what he was looking for online. He didn't find it but she was so very helpful and friendly. She would be the only reason why I would go back. They do have a great selection of boots and clothing which is why they got a 3 star rating but it is because of how rude the two employees were as to no 5 star rating.

Great selection of western wear but a majority of the staff was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Made me not want to shop there again, and I will be going to the other, more friendly and helpful locations in the future.
