I really like the car club program - it's very convenient, quick and reasonably priced. And, it gives me the option of washing my car anytime I want. Also, there is the added convenience of getting the inside cleaned whenever I have time.

I bought the monthly service. Very disappointed. They talked me into it. Was to receive a full Wash Wax vacuum and all did not receive. I went back I told him I did not receive they didn't even vacuum. So they gave me a paper for free vacuum. Big deal. April 19th at 8 30 am I went in to cancel my service the girl is extremely rude dark brown hair she asked why am I cancelling I said your service is awful and she got very hateful I tried to explain to her what happened she did not care at all. Avoid this place.

Way over priced and terrible car wash experience for $37. Didn’t clean the back of a SUV going through the machine twice.

I've had a mixed experience here. If you pay for the premium option and interior, they do a great job and your car will look great. If you're not looking to spend over $25, I can't recommend it, as it's essentially equivalent to much cheaper automated gas station car washes. Confusingly, they only hand-buff your exterior if you select the interior clean option. So last time, there were a ton of hard water spots left on my windows and paint, which was the main reason I got a wash in the first place. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and has good environmental practices from what I've read, which is why I won't give 2 stars.
