Above and Beyond. We have rented storage units at this facility multiple times before. It has always been a great experience. Super well maintained, helpful staff, clean and secure, 24/7 access .....just a really good storage facility with excellent management. This time we were stuck. We have moved out of a rented vacation house in another city and our stuff is on skids and arriving by truck in 2 weeks but.... we are out of the Country and won't be back until late April. The trucking Company can't store the stuff...... I called Shawn at UHaul for advice and in 5 minutes he had solved our problem by renting us a suitable unit and setting up arrangements so the shipping Company can drop off the skids and they will be placed in our unit and locked up securely until we arrive in April. Unbelievable ! No one takes a personal interest in someone else's "problems" these days and reaches out to help. Thanks , we will see you guys in 6 weeks. The Starbucks is on me.
