Haven't been to McDonald's in several months and had been wanting to get a BIG Mac. The staff at this location was great and I loved the new process of taking a table tent number and they bring your food out when it is ready. Culver's does this in thier restaurants and I have always been a fan of that. Nice touch McDonald's!!

Worst customer service ever. Stay away waited 6 weeks for an estimate. Cancelled. Was told Lowe’s doesn’t need my business as they have other customers. Use to love Lowe’s but now I will never be back. Blatant disregard for the consumer. Online review ss are awful so I’m not the only one. Customer service starts at the top. This is their mentality

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received… more than twenty calls in with no response.. apathetic employees… job has taken over a year and a half and still not completed… in the future will go anywhere but Lowe’s.. hope lawsuit is successful for damages incurred from total lack of response

No, Lowe's doesn't have any means of repair work. You need to contact the manufacturer for repairs, but seeing it has only been one month... I would go ask for a store manager and see what can be done. Depends on exactly what broke. If it was from misuse, then probably your dime. But if it's a manufacturers issue, then you might have a good argument.
Depends on the nature of your dissatisfaction There's a corporate model and stores can't stray from it. If, however, you were mistreated by an associate, then the best course of action is to approach the store manager.
