This place straight up robs you of your money. Maintenance requests are a joke and management specifically does not care about your well being. I put requests to have a few small things fixed and maintained. Management said they were short staffed for 5 months!!! Are you kidding? We had rats in our walls that didn’t seem to take precedence over basic living standards. I wouldn’t want me ex living here it was that bad. -5 stars would be more accurate.

Very weaselly conniving management. On their website they advertise 1.refundable Admin fee if you're not approved and you can't move in. 2.nonrefundable if you are approved and then you can move in. They said their system was having a problem running my credit, even though other companies were having no problem, running my credit. Mike told me they were going to refund my Admin. Fee, like their policy states because they couldn't finish my application because they couldn't get a credit check. Then days later the community manager says -you can't move in or sign a lease (see 1.) but now I temporarily approved you so, we are keeping your admin. fee but again we won't let you move in. WHAT KIND OF SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?

Oh my god!! We have been living here for almost a year now and there was a change of management recently and we are thrilled to have Tierra Brown as our manager!! We love it here and all the accommodations she has brought to this residence. She is extremely helpful, compassionate, and has a really awesome personality! We couldn't be happier with the service she has provided us!!

Where is the zero star option? While apartment is nice there have been many major issues. Every maintenance request requires much back and forth with management. First off, the apartment was not cleaned at move in. I got my keys early to move small things and set up before the movers moved the big stuff. They had plenty of time to clean it. They didn’t. I wouldn’t even check-in a hotel room or hospital room that wasn’t clean but yet this was allowed for an apartment. Toilets were rocking. The floor was softening and they ignored it for months. I have to call corporate to get any work orders completed. The new manager never gives feedback on where they are with work orders and if/when she does, won’t apologize for her lack of managing. She basically ignores her messages from the answering service. Then there is the water. Get ready to have light brown water about 1-2 times a month in the bath and toilets coming from the pipes. Yuck! The patio door has still not been fixed but that has been the least of my issues. I guess COVID gives them permission to complete work orders without doing the work. Management companies are enjoying inflating rent prices yet won’t provide maintenance. Really sad!

I honestly dont know. But. As ive lived in az a while..its up to your landlord to maintain the ac..by either doing it themselves, or having someone avail for maintenance...if not and its intolerable.. Go to a cheapish hotel for the night and subtract whatever you paid the hotel from your rent. Until its fixed..once land lords know this they fix it asap.
