When you order a simple cheese pizza and wings and they can't even be bothered to bring you your wings. Then you call the store and it's like oh well the driver must've forgot. Side note for Sebastián that answered the phone, nobody wants to wait another 45 minutes to have their order actually done correctly. It's embarrassing for a national chain such as pizza hut to act like they can credit you and expect you to want to have another experience with them after an interaction like that.

Just when I was losing faith in pizza hut, as the location that always is automatically picked for me is on East McKellips Rd always off and missing toppings and getting the order wrong and has me drive to their location for any compensation... This location not only gets my order correct but delivers faster then quoted, and pizza is oh so good and tasty, thank you for doing a great job! Will be ordering from this location from now on.

This is my local Pizza Hut, no complaints! 🍕🏡 Great pizza, always hot and fresh. I usually order online for curbside pickup, no hassle. It seems like they have better deals if you order online and don’t forget to join their rewards club to earn points for free pizza! I live alone so the personal pizza or an order of cheese sticks is my go-to. No one out pizzas the hut!

I don't know what happened but my pizzas got to me a little sad... still tasted alright I'm just not sure why the box was squished and some pizza was upside down and underneath the other pizza. Sad I paid $40 for this. I order from here quite often (very often) and rarely have any issues so this is a bit annoying.

Yes we have gluten free crust, however we are not gluten free certified. If you have celiac it's not safe. Our fryer oil is shortening.
"Your EBT card will also not work at coffee shops, fast food establishments, or restaurants. Anywhere the food is cooked and prepared for you prior to being purchased; your EBT card will not be accepted. SNAP benefits are strictly for foods you buy to prepare and eat at home." Verbatim from eligibility website, but AZ is quite liberal in such aspects...
