4.5/5 The car washing itself is above average, as far as results. The staff does a great job of keeping the towels stocked and the vacuums always work here. They often try to upsell you to a monthly pass but I can't fault them for that. At least they've always been very friendly about it.

It's okay, could be better, the up sale was a little pushy and repetitive at the pay station. Also some of the attendants could do better customer service if their heads weren't down looking into the phones or more attentive to the customers. It would be nice to have the pre-wash treatment sprayed on both sides of the vehicle rather than just one side. I like the concept, the conveniences could use a little more work.

Definitely is, if you have a fast pass it check-in goes quickly too. As someone else mentioned, they have towels, vacuums and a self caddy which are complimentary (just after the entrance but before the wash begins).
