Always a long wait in an empty the drive thru, and the drive thru menu prices aren't accurate. Received, burnt-rock hard nuggets. Luckily they exchanged them, but they shouldn't have gone out in the first place.. I keep coming back, hoping it's better the next time, but it's not...

I just ordered from the drive-thru where I waited for 10 minutes before someone actually came to the window. When I finally got my meal I was told that they couldn't honor the codes that I had given them so I had to pay full price. I can understand that there's shortage of labor, hence the delay. However, I cannot accept my food being cold. I mean if it took longer to make my food, it should still be war at least. It wasn't. It wasp cold. Tried going in, but the lobby was already closed. I would have to go through the drive time to stay for another 10-20 minutes since the line was already long. I tried calling and speaking to a manager which is my option number four and got disconnected after a minute of holding. Absolutely the worst service.

What happened to this place? Their oil is always burned and makes the food taste like carbon. Long waits. Inept service. I've been in line for about 13 minutes behind 2 cars. Just a shame of a restaurant.

My wife and I came in to eat at 6:30p, we were served with no issues. Although, I had noticed that the staff would selectively serve some customers, while refusing some others with the excuse 'we are too busy, lobby is closed, understaffed, etc.' At least 7-10 parties were refused during the 30 minutes we sat to eat, the front doors were also locked. It's unfortunate to see our local burger king always struggling. I'm sure some steps may need to be taken to ensure this place is staffed and ready to take on customers, because closing early is surely affecting profitability. Edit: We ordered a 'Big Fish' and the tartar sauce came out a sickly yellow. I'm writing this while eating, my chicken sandwich is also pink in the center, nasty! Going to add some photos. Changed my review to a 1 and definitely not coming back for long while.
