This is worst burger King in the valley. We have been there numerous times and the order has never been right. We go back to correct the order and the manager acts like we're lying to her. She never apologizes for their mistakes and is just plain rude. We will drive the extra 3 mile to go the one on olive and el mirage. That one is awesome.

Rude Staff, lack of soft drink products. And worse dirty frier see picture. That black stuff in the fries are from the frier and or hood . And complaint was filed with corporate. I thru away my food once I saw that. What a waste of $$. The only bad thing about this location being a corporate store location not all the offer codes via the app work.

Ordered food & at the window I wanted to add chicken nuggets to my order at the Manager Alejandra was extremely rude!!! She said she couldn’t add it & made me go in line again. She is always very very rude & aggressive. Told her she should be nicer & she closed the window in our face!!!

The food we were able to get wasn't terrible... BUT.. this locations practices are sketchy. They don't accept the burger King app, and discounts associated with, or even give points on the purchases .. but they clearly advertise it on the menu and on the windows. No upgrade on the fries or drinks, which is clearly advertised on their menu. Half the menu is unavailable, no new melts, no ch'King, etc. The kids meals we ordered.. no toys. Then they get snappy with you when you ask why they are not doing all that. Referencing, I assume the franchise owner or manager, saying "she doesn't do that". Otherwise, looks like a nice new building.
