THIS LOCATION HAS MOVED.2825 n. 16st isthe new location. I went right before they moved and it was fine the only reason i gave 4 stars is due to the dryers not working and not having an accessible restroom which isnt good when youre 8 months pregnant and need abathroom available at all times.

This place is over priced and the old lady here is very rude. We showed up at 8:30pm and started bringing laundry in. I had a decent amount to do. I brought the last load in at 9:05pm which is still an hour before they close and the old lady started yelling at me saying “No you can’t do laundry we closed”. I told her my girl friend is washing clothes as we speak?! She said no you can’t wash those and made me take the last load back to my car.. keep in mind they close in an HOUR. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

I have never encountered such a rude old lady. It funny because I was telling my fiance that she looks like a sweet old and he joked about those be the ones that are trouble. The last wash is at 9:30pm and we walked in there a little pass 9. It wasn't a problem until she told us in broken English that we had 10 minutes. I assumed she meant to be finished with the dryer so she could mop, which still is rude because we paid our money and you should wait until we are finished doing what we have to do. Then she says "Time is up!" and puts her hands on her hips. I didn't take her seriously because we were folding clothes and needed no more than 5 minutes. She then slams the mop into the water and violently starts sloshing water all over the laundromat floors. I have never in my life been rushed to leave a laundromat. I then had to shove my clothes in my bag and leave. She is a very rude old lady! Very unprofessional and with these reviews and her attitude, she won't last long. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't have patience! She also keeps the woman's rest room locked and I think it is for her personal use and that's it, I could be wrong about that though but wouldn't put it pass her smh.

Their washer broke and they said it was my fault. Did not help switch washers, did not offer to pay for the new wash, did not help at all. Only stated that the washer broke because of me, and left it at that. Also told a different customer it was their fault the dryer didn't heat up. Terrible place, terrible management, stay clear. The laundry on 7th Ave is much better
