This Curaleaf, SPECIFICALLY, is trash. Firstly, they are NOTORIOUS for lying in your face. For example, I placed an order 2hrs before I arrived because I was at work. BOGO SUBLIME 8THS! I get there with confirmation texts, and my order was sold to someone else that came earlier. With gas prices sky high and the heat deadly, that was the worst customer service I've had in a LONG TIME!!! To add insult to injury, the "Manager" came to smooth things over with a measly $4.00 off a $60.00 8th, bringing the total to 56.00. 20.00 more than the BOGO I ORDERED!!! AND HALF THE WEIGHT!!! You guys are absolutely comical. I'll never be back for any reason. Your service is beyond sub-par, and your employees are useless. Their reasons to something going wrong is,"I don't know what happened." As if that's actually the answer. Wow. ZERO PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. Not to be condescending, but the girl was nice that helped me, she actually went back three times to check if they had something, which I appreciate, however, I did not appreciate her telling me "I don't know what happened" to my order several times as if that was a good answer. Then literally for lack of any words left, she stared me right in the eyes without saying a word for 15 seconds in some sort of weird face-off, blinking her eyes constantly, as if I was gonna retreat from intimidation. For the record, I don't retreat. I step. Anyway, I'm also a problem solver - again, I'll never be back. PROBLEM SOLVED.

I placed my order online and my total was around $19. Get there to pick it up and suddenly my total is $39? Kinda salty about them pulling a bait and switch on me like that. Otherwise, the product is good, the employees are friendly, and they get your order ready fast.

I usually give bloom 5 stars the workers here are absolutely amazing! Curaleaf just recently bought out bloom and let me tell you, it's not even worth coming anymore! Deals are not half as good the employees hear more complaints then positive comments and it shows. I hope curaleaf makes their deal more competitive but till then I give this place a 2 stars. That is ONLY for the employees YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

I come here pretty often. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining the VIP club so you get reminders of daily specials and promotions. I also just won the Toasted raffle from Toasted being on site a few days ago. The prize was a good variety of strains worth over $150. I highly recommend!

Yes!!! You can order online even as recreational .. Bloom Dispensary website and place your order as a guest or set up email to save your info for faster check out next time and you get points! Obviously!!! When checking out DO Not hit the box that says medical card user, simply hit place order, Then go pay n pick up that easy... P.S Bloom has Spanish speaking employees.
