It wasn't so bad waiting to get an ID ordered but the 2 stars was for the fact it took me almost 2 days to get a hold of anyone on the phone and when I did I was treated like an inconvenience- I was calling about the fact that the ID hasn't arrived yet and it's been over a month. I understand it was mailed out already and out of their hands but the lady on the phone could have spoke to me way more professionally. The lady I got directed to in licensing afterwards was nice though

Yes it can be a long wait but the staff there are very helpful and polite. Most things can be done online now, check it out! :)

Do NOT go here, do your business online if you can. Trust me you don't want to go here you will be wasting at least half your day for a long boring wait for people who don't even care that they are slow walking you and everyone else that's been aging away in their waiting area. Places like this are a joke and they need to get their act together and hire more people or at least ones that know what they are doing. Stop tying up everyone elses day just because you have nothing better to do and do your job!

If <30 days, just the old license. If >30 days old license and proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport) - also needed if getting a REAL ID - now required for boarding domestic flights if you don't have a passport. If there is a change of address you need two (2) items for proof of address, ie. Utility bill, vehicle registration, voter registration card, ect. Hope this helps!

The only way to replace a lost license is to show proof that you need it for identification, such as a trip or vacation where you're license is your pass port. You'll need a copy of your itinerary as proof of necessity
