This was the first time my wife and I have had In N Out burger. West coast rocks !!! We got the double double and of coarse we made that an animal style. Such a cool experience for our first time. It's definitely not fine dining by any means bit the experience is what drew us in.

The staff is always nice, but I had to take a star because of the many times I been here, there's a couple who ask customers to forfeit their table saying their child has a disability and likes to watch the burgers be made. I have given up my seat before I the past to be nice and accommodate, but noticed the child has no interest in watching the burgers be made, and that seat in particular, the one nearest the cashier, you can't see the kitchen. Today I offered my seat 3 chairs down so he can get a better view of the kitchen and she politely declined then walked to an elder woman sitting at the table she wanted and asked her if she's dining in to please give up her seat. I understand the son has a disability but I'm very disgusted at the adults using his disability as an excuse to bump customers from their table especially when there's many open tables available near the kitchen for viewing. This has happened more than 4 times since dine in has reopened.
