I asked for a cheese burger with no onions and they forgot the main ingredient. The hamburger. I get times are tough to get good help but at least hire someone with a brain.

Actually the best McDonald's I've been to, has never screwed up my order, food is always hot and fresh, and the Mobile Ordering works great.

McDonalds on Wilson St. Brewer, I just picked up a 20 pc chicken nuggets that I believe are a holdover from yesterday. They were almost cold, dry and crispy...(not crispy in a good way)... these should not have been kept so long before being sold. Last week I purchased a fish burger that was so old the bun was hard and crunchy and the fish so dried out it was chewy and gross! I going to start eating at Burger King if they don't shape up!

I came to McDonald’s around 9:30pm and ordered my food . I am not from Bangor , I am here to work for a few weeks so I had no car , I ubered to the restaurant with the intentions of dining in. The lobby was closed for sitting so that wasn’t the plan . It was only me I’m the restaurant other than the workers so after i received my food I let one of the workers know that I was waiting on my Uber and asked to eat my food inside . They told me no which was fine so I waited to the side on my Uber . It took about 20 minutes for a driver to Finally come get me but the workers inside were so rude and unwelcoming to Me . She yelled at me to leave the restaurant and after I was told my the manager that I could wait for my ride inside she still loudly talked about my situation as if it were such an inconvenience to her. I will never come back here
