The staff is nice and tries to be helpful the shelter is cold dark and filthy. not even working lights in the bathroom. I preferred to go back to the abusive situation.

Safe voices you guys have been a great agency helping people in domestic violence situations for many years. I don't know what's going on right now. Likely you are short-staffed like everyone else. I have a friend who has been having a very hard time getting help from you. People don't seem to be answering her calls. Please answer your calls! Victims are counting on you. Thank you!

I'm honestly quite annoyed. Very helpful in the court process, very nice people.. But I shouldn't have to hound for weeks for something to get done that takes maybe 20 minutes... Again, very nice people, but seems they need to be borderline harassed to get promised tasks done. 3 weeks and counting, running out of time, my one request is still not fulfilled. Very disappointed and angry.
