There is a nice sidewalk to walk around the area. You are able to see the Beaver River and the Ohio River from here. Nice place to see the fireworks too. But have to get there early enough.

Really nice and quiet setting. New homes are being built right now. I know because I provide materials to help build them. If I thought I could afford one of these homes, I'd buy one!

The paths are pretty nice by the river. Good views. Tree branches over take the path at some points. My 6'4" figure had to duck a few times.
