WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS, IS USELESS. THIS MAN WAS ACTING LIKE A CHILD. If I could put 0 stars I would. It was my first time there and I was super disappointed with the quality of the food. Disgusted to the point I was forcing the meat in my mouth to try and eat it and not waist the money I just spent. I ended up throwing the plate away and later threw up the food I did Endor I was with a stomach ache all night. I called to speak with the manager and he was very unprofessional. I explained my situation and right away said “ABSOLUTELY NO MINEY BACK.” The fact is he didn’t even try to over another option. “Okay ma’am I am terribly sorry, I can’t do refunds, but I can offer you another plate in hopes it turns out better.” LITERALLY ANYTHING! He didn’t try to come to an agreement or try to make things better. Told me he was busy, there is nothing he will do about it, and hung up on me. I called back and he rejected all 20 calls. After digging the plate out of the trash and the receipt I heading over there. After arriving, I went inside the restaurant and spoke to him in person. He tried giving me more excuses but I was already furious at this point. I kept repeating myself over and over till he realized I wasn’t leaving till I got my money back. After all the drama he gave me my money back. All he had to do was “TRY” to be more understanding and try to work with me. It was how he acted that caused things to go the way they did. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO AND HAND MY MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. There are amazing family owed restaurants that deserve our money and will treat us amazing even after receiving it.

This is by far the best Mexican food in the area. I never leave here hungry. The burritos feel like they weigh about 3 lbs., and the dinner plates are enough for two or three. They also have a complimentary salsa bar and chips. Federico's provides a good value for your dollar.

My experience was bad, the food is simply not good and it is given in exaggerated portions. I ordered 3 quesadillas and I don't even know what they gave me. It is simply discounting and disappointing to see how they represent the Mexican gastronomy.
