My primary care provider is wonderful (she's the only reason this is two stars instead of one). HOWEVER. Every time I try to refill my prescription, they mess it up. I don't know if it's the nurse they direct me to, the reception staff, or my psychiatrist, but every. Single. Time I am left without my medication for DAYS while they fix it. I am left to call back several times a day because they never call me back on time. I will be finding another medication manager because this is detrimental to my mental health. Would not recommend if you take medication.

They are thorough and care for their patients. I felt like I wasnt just a number but a patient. She heard and addressed all of my concerns with trying to end appointment to the next patient. Thank you!

These people do absolutely NOTHING at all. Wait 2 weeks to be seen? Ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

over a month just to meet w someone to set up primary care? how long will it take to be seen for actual health issues? ontop of this, the privacy issues coming to light are really concerning. hire more staff, and train them better. maybe the vatican can sell some of its gold to cover the bill idk
