It's still a tough grind for this McDonald's. It appears that they are now more drive-through focused. Inside service, even via the kiosks, has taken a hit, even more than usual. 12min for a standard Egg McMuffin meal is not acceptable.

So far every time I've been there they ask what sauce i want for my nuggets but yet fail to put it in the bag. Getting tired of it!!!

Ordered online from the "hack" menu, the surf & turf. Our understanding is that comes with double cheeseburger, fish filet with free medium drink & fry if ordered on the application - which we did. That's supposed to be $7 49. Then used 1500 points, added fish filet, another fry with drink. Amazing the total jumped to $17.03!! Upon arrival to pick up order they tried to charge $17.03 again even though order was paid for via their application. Then took order home (5 miles) only to discover missing extra fish filet & fries. Return to McDonald's, speak to kid who was I'm guessing the manager - sent home with big Mac, fish filet & spicey chicken sandwich. Holy cow! The incompetence at local McDonald's is off the charts! Charged $17 + for what was originally a $7.49 meal.....never again...
